Grade Promotion

Dear Eighth Grade
Parents,
Plans are well underway for your
child's eighth grade promotion party!!!
This party will be held on June 22nd
Thursday at 7 pm until 10 pm at the local Polish Hall. A committee of
parents has been working together for many months to plan this
exciting event. The Polish Hall was selected as the best venue as our
class has 325 children and the school cafeteria was felt to be
inadequate for this size class.
Our theme for the party, selected by the
committee, is WWW.WEBER2000.COM. A professional DJ has been hired to
provide entertainment, there will be refreshments and every child
will be given a favor as a remembrance of the party.
We are asking for a donation of $25.00
per child to cover the costs of this event. You can send your check
or money order payable to Weber PTA with your child to school or mail
it to the school attention PTA. (No child will be excluded from this
party if unable to pay the full amount.) Donations above the cost
would be greatly appreciated.
If you have not joined any committees
yet and are interested in helping please contact us. We especially
need chaperones for the evening, people to help set-up and people to
bake desserts!
